I have never been so confident in a providers ability and compassion in my treatment! The staff is absolutely wonderful, so nice and caring! I was extremely nervous about this appointment and came more than prepared with everything that has been going on with me. Tracy Hutchinson took her time to read and looked at everything I had and it was a lot! I appreciate this place so much! I have full confidence that Tracy will help and find what is going on!

I had an appointment scheduled for 1/5/26 and received a call that it was being rescheduled for later in the month, the next call was that it was being changed to the middle of March. Now a week prior to the appointment I received a text that it was a telehealth appointment, I called because I did not agree to or want a telehealth appointment, the person answering the phone was extremely rude and only offered to have me see a different provider but that would be another 3 week wait. I'm not sure why I was singled out for the absolutely worst repeated doctor's experience of my life, but it was a consistent thing with this group. First, I explained I had a fatty liver, and was prescribed methotrexate day 1, which the warning label explicitly states do not prescribe if there are liver issues. Thank God I happened to have general blood work done the next week at my GP and my liver enzymes were through the roof, so I came off of the methotrexate. Then my next appt was cancelled by LC Rheum.
