I had an appointment scheduled for 1/5/26 and received a call that it was being rescheduled for later in the month, the next call was that it was being changed to the middle of March. Now a week prior to the appointment I received a text that it was a telehealth appointment, I called because I did not agree to or want a telehealth appointment, the person answering the phone was extremely rude and only offered to have me see a different provider but that would be another 3 week wait. I'm not sure why I was singled out for the absolutely worst repeated doctor's experience of my life, but it was a consistent thing with this group. First, I explained I had a fatty liver, and was prescribed methotrexate day 1, which the warning label explicitly states do not prescribe if there are liver issues. Thank God I happened to have general blood work done the next week at my GP and my liver enzymes were through the roof, so I came off of the methotrexate. Then my next appt was cancelled by LC Rheum.
