Very friendly staff and impeccably clean environment. Several types of tanning beds I prefer the stand up one because of my back issues.

Every time I go to this place, there are no people in there and every time I get told they’re busy. I’m starting to believe it may be a race issue, Maybe there’s another issue. But this is my third time going to this location because it is convenient and I’ve been turned away. I want to reiterate, I am not being dramatic, NO ONE WAS IN THERE. As a single mother who is an educator nearby, My time is valuable. I really wanted to have relaxing time before picking up my son. Totally disappointed.

Customer service is terrible. Although they advertise walk-ins, they do not accept them. When I went there today to get a pedicure, I was rudely told that they were too busy. He didn’t tell me scheduled an appointment or return at a later time he just walked away. Only two people were there, and one of them was about to leave. They ought to remove walk-ins from the door and website.

Excellent nail salon. So clean and affordable compared to other salons in this area. Highly recommend!
