I have been coming here for the last two years, they have done a good job but the service always a little spotty-if they are busy don’t count on the full service you pay for. If they are not busy it’s fantastic. The last three times I have intentionally called early in the week for appointment…all three times something has “happened” and they don’t have me on the schedule or they have me at a different time. I went for an acrylic fill, and they filed my nail beds so thin that the acrylic burnt and was extremely painful. Then after breaking one I returned to get it fixed. The woman who fixed it drilled off the acrylic, again burning my already thin nail beds. I had to tell her multiple times the dremel was getting hot and hurting me. After removing the nails, there’s a line on every one of my nails where the new acrylic was applied. I’ve had acrylic nails hundreds of times and have never had this happen.
