I’ve lived here for a couple years & I failed to bring the empty trash container in 1 time & I was left a note & the container was taken, but apparently it’s okay to leave trash outside your garage for days. Unbelievable!
Can’t help but feel this place is shady. Everyone was nice and the place is beautiful but the application system is messed up. Why would I pay almost $400 non refundable when I don’t even know if I am approved. When I started the approval process I was told I made more than enough after I applied I was told I didn’t make enough. I have proof I make 2x the required income and now all of a sudden the townhouse I wanted is gone (not my fault it take over 24 hours to get a response to an email) and you want to upsell me to somet... read more
