They did install 2 1/2 years ago, already seams are tearing leaving gaps in the carpet, and where carpet is supposed to be tacked down underneath trim there's a gap there also where carpet wasn't stretched properly. They did a horrible job 1st off, had them back out at the beginning of install, and job wasn't even completed professionally and looked terribly done as if they had no experience at all. How many times have they come out? It’s hard to remember. We needed a new kitchen floor. We contacted Lowe’s and they sent this company out (the only one available in the district that Lowe’s uses). 2 guys came and had it done in about 4 hours (we had cemented tile floor). It was popping and making a squeak noise. There were also two bumps in it. Felt like a nail under. The same two guys came out when we contacted Lowe’s again. They said it was “fixed”.
