Excellent and courteous staff! Just moved in and I love the quiet area. Has a Norton Commons feel. Shout out to Marc for his help getting me set up
Middletown Landing is a nice community. It's clean, well-maintained, and the residents are friendly. The community also has a nice gym, pool, and volleyball court.
Overall, the units are well-designed and the staff is courteous and welcoming. However, the standard of maintenance is noticeably lacking. Upon moving my daughter discovered a visibly dirty air filter—an issue she promptly reported via a maintenance work order. Shockingly, after the work order was marked as completed, the filter remained in an unacceptable condition.
