The first year living here was great. The second year, management changed and many of the familiar faces moved out. By the third year, things had gone downhill significantly. Dog waste is everywhere, on sidewalks and throughout the grassy areas. Parking has become a nightmare. Our lot is frequently full, forcing us to park in completely different lots, and many people don’t even park in designated spaces. Drivers regularly exceed the speed limit inside the complex. Loved my tour and loved working with Mackenzie.
Planned to rent there until they wanted access to my checking account when I applied. I decided to not move there and paid them $400 deposit which they said they would refund. It's been about 4 weeks and still no refund. Be careful where you send your money. I have called and sent emails and still no refund. I doubt I will ever receive. Quite shady!
We have lived at Middletown landing (formerly LC Middletown) for the past 5 years and have had an amazing experience! The apartments are beautiful, the facilities and common areas are kept clean, and the grounds are well maintained. Maintenance has always resolved our issues within 1-2 business days. We have been very happy living here and are sad that we will be leaving due to job relocation. I highly recommend this place!
