We are new residents and have had a great experience so far. I am very particular about my home and space, so I went into this with a lot of questions and expectations (for the lease office). Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. We have been very impressed with how responsive they are with maintenance requests, since we did have a few small things that needed attention as soon as we moved in (nothing major). So far we really enjoy our new home and the community!
Edit: GREYSTAR IS CURRENTLY BEING SUED FOR “deceiving consumers about monthly rent costs by tacking on numerous mandatory fees on top of advertised prices”!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE READ WHAT I SAID PREVIOUSLY A COUPLE YEARS AGO AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS REVIEW! look it up on google!! I would have given this place a 0 if I could.
