My husband and I lived here for a year we had to plan a quick move from TX to KY and we stopped here first and fell in love. Hayden helped us with our move and was nothing but kind. We had no issues with anyone in the office! Maintenance was good too they did complete things pretty quickly and we rarely had any issues. We loved Middletown landing the location was great and price was fair and would have stayed longer but we have a dog and needed to give him a bit more space. The front office is just great. They are very quick to respond, especially when I needed some new walling/carpet done. Kelly, Kristen and Mckenzie kept me posted through out the process. Kristen also emailed me if anything major happened during the work! Also— the maintenance crew is top tier. Overall the community it really relaxed and ally neighbors are lovely. I would recommend anyone to live here.
The first year living here was great. The second year, management changed and many of the familiar faces moved out. By the third year, things had gone downhill significantly. Dog waste is everywhere, on sidewalks and throughout the grassy areas. Parking has become a nightmare. Our lot is frequently full, forcing us to park in completely different lots, and many people don’t even park in designated spaces. Drivers regularly exceed the speed limit inside the complex.
