Used to be a nice neighorhood until the new greystar ownership drove out all the long term tenants by being difficult, unhelpful, raising rent, and lowering approval standards because we finally had enough and decided to move out when the crime spiked, just look up crimemaps or the nextdoor neighbor app and all the crime reports and neighbors sharing ring cam footage of theft and car break ins.
