This review is less about the business and more about the employees. Today I witnessed a person driving an LC Homes work truck nearly strike a pedestrian as they were crossing the street with a valid walk sign, they continued driving erratically making unpredictable quick lane changes with out blinkers. Then when I changed lanes and pulled up next to them, they begin shouting expletives at me and flipping me off, even gesturing for me to pull over. Warranty is a total joke for them. They are not only using every excuse to avoid or ignore my requests, but also trying to send me a letter that I have not responded which I have been asking them through text and emails. Next home or rental definitely gonna avoid this builder too.
I discovered LC Home Real Estate through an ad online, and I couldn’t be happier I did.
