This lady customer service is horrible. She do a Groupon special but don't want to fulfill it. She tell me she have to pick up her husband so she don't have time for everything I made the appointment for. This is not the way to do business. Waste of time.

I normally do not write reviews, but in this case I will. Around May or June of 2015 I bought 2 groupons to go to L&C Hair Bar and Beaute by mistake. I only meant to buy one, it was for my daughter to get a mani & Pedi during the summer, when I realized what I did I decided to keep the other one and make her another appointment for her birthday. Bought a groupon for a mani/pedi. Called nearly everyday to schedule appointment and they never answered the phone . Then they closed their business for over a month. giant scam.
