I’ve been a loyal resident at LC since 2021 and have raved about this place for years—so much that friends and family have even moved here because of my recommendation. do not live here, the hoa has determened that adresses need to be blocked by trees or not even listed. and to ad to it the sreet signs cannot be read.
I don’t even live here I was looking to move here but just off reading the reviews I’m good I even try calling nobody even answer the phone I see that they have bad management..
I haven't received the rest of my security deposit. I payed my rent on time every time. I left the place clean and empty. The oven was cleaned. I email and I call but it has been past the 40 days and no communication or check in the mail has been received. Before that I lived there for two years and despite my car getting robbed twice right outside my apartment and no security cameras available; I still would say it was one of my favorite places to live. TL;DR: Don't do it. If you can afford the rent here, you can afford the rent at many of the surrounding properties. Save yourself the headache and the THOUSANDS of dollars that you'll sink into NEP (owned by the people who own LC), and go elsewhere.
