Not happy .I live on tattler Road bye your dumpster. trash pile outside the fence 6 feet tall bye 20 feet long. i don't leave my garbage on my front door. I carry my trash myself. the gate has been locked for the past few weeks. It's attracting raccoons and spreading trash down my street. I spend alot of money to live here. not happy
Do not recommend at all. Owner of LC also owns the electric company you are forced to use and will overcharge residents every month. They add charges to utility bill that cannot be explained and say it is because the community asked them to.
My fiance and I have lived at LC gahanna for 3 years and just closed out our chapter there recently with the purchase of our home. I wanted to write about our personal experience with them and hopefully this is helpful for anyone looking to move there. 1st: I want to say overall our experience was positive.
