I have lived here two years and you’ll save yourself a huge headache by passing up on this place. I had high hopes based on appearances and was let down, I’m really and truly disappointed by LC Gahanna.They have the goat and the nice office to pull you in but at the end of day, you’ll always be just a number. Place looks cool until you move in. Walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbors walking through their apartment, as well as cars driving down the road. Multiple tenants in this complex enjoy driving through the complex after 10pm revving their engines. The rental price for the size of the apartment is very high. They used to have you set up your own spectrum account, you could get 1gbps for $50/month. Wonderful area, great amenities and always helpful staff! In the summertime is where LC Gahanna really shines with a lively but family friendly pool environment. Tons of approachable and fun neighbors, along with a great bar and even volleyball activities and leagues. Love it here!
I’ve lived here since 7/2024 , and overall this community truly feels like home. Like any place, there have been ups and downs, but what stands out is the effort to listen, improve, and create a welcoming environment. The location is great, the community is comfortable, and it’s a place I genuinely enjoy coming home to. It’s clear care goes into maintaining the property and supporting residents, which makes a big difference. I’m grateful to live here and excited to continue calling this place home. shout out of Ian
I did love the community. We are moving in Friday. Our leasing agent was incredible. Jada did everything possible to help us and she is the sole reason we chose Gahanna over the New Albany location.
