Wonderful area, great amenities and always helpful staff! In the summertime is where LC Gahanna really shines with a lively but family friendly pool environment. Tons of approachable and fun neighbors, along with a great bar and even volleyball activities and leagues. Love it here!
I’ve lived here since 7/2024 , and overall this community truly feels like home. Like any place, there have been ups and downs, but what stands out is the effort to listen, improve, and create a welcoming environment. The location is great, the community is comfortable, and it’s a place I genuinely enjoy coming home to. It’s clear care goes into maintaining the property and supporting residents, which makes a big difference. I’m grateful to live here and excited to continue calling this place home. shout out of Ian
I did love the community. We are moving in Friday. Our leasing agent was incredible. Jada did everything possible to help us and she is the sole reason we chose Gahanna over the New Albany location.
So, DO NOT move here if you want snow removed in any manner. Everything in Columbu is clear but this slum. Shame on you LC! There are first responders and Medical Professionals that can't get out. DO NOT MOVE HERE
I have lived here for 5+ years and it has been the best living experience of my life. The units are great and well priced for the area. I have had little issues that have required maintenance and the ones that I have had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently with great communication throughout the process.
