If I could give zero stars, I would. This apartment complex is an absolute nightmare. The management clearly does not care about residents. Our neighbor’s dog constantly uses our yard as a bathroom and nothing has ever been done about it, despite multiple complaints. Maintenance is a joke they either don’t show up or lie and say a job is completed when it’s not. Quality of tenants is really going down. It used to be productive members of society with jobs. Now, I swear, there’s a bunch of people on government assistance living here. They’re not working, smoking pot in the middle of the day, domestic disputes and screaming heard in the middle of the day. They’ve brought an awful culture here. It’s a lot of ratchet people who clearly aren’t paying their own way. It’s sad. This used to be a nice spot. Do not rent here.
We pay for trash service. I’ve never seen the dog stations cleared. I’ve been emailing and calling the management. This station is in viewing distance of the management office with piles of dog bags stacked around it overflowing. We also are ripped off by NEP, Nationwide Energy Partners, with electric rate of 0.14c per kWh which is 3 times the AEP rate in our area. NEP is created by the same CEO of the LC business.
