The reason for the the 2 stars is the the fact that the walls are paper thin. I could hear my neibghours conversations. Also, heating is a heat pump which is going to struggle and cost a lot of money. everything is electric, the oven and the water heater. be prepared to pay alot on your electric bill. the condersers outside are extreemly loud as well. they don't have a in house now removal. so if it snows you might want to call of because the community is going to be cleaned fast enough.
This is quite literally, the most poorly managed apartment I have ever lived in. When it snowed they ran a plow around the complex, effectively blocking anyone from coming or going. Their solution? We have a shovel available, first come first serve. The shovel was never there when I went to use it. Because there were no spots to park in, I parked in the garage. Ive had a great experience at LC Dublin. Apartment’s are up to date. Amenities are functional and not out dated. The maintenance services are professional and timely. There is a restaurant within our complex called the goat, great food/drink and company. The gym is also a great place to be. Always clean and maintained. I would recommend LC at any of their locations!
I’ve really enjoyed living here—the community is friendly, quiet, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to come home to. Management and maintenance are professional, responsive, and quick to address any issues, which makes living here stress-free. With great amenities and a convenient location, I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.
I’ve been living at LC Dublin since August and absolutely love living here! I put in a maintenance request and Kevin from maintenance was so great! He came right away and was so respectful and nice and even talked to me while he was doing his job! Shoutout to Kevin!
