RATS, NEIGHBORS THAT DIG THROUGH TRASH AND NEGLIGENT MANAGEMENT!!!! I don't know how all other LCs are but this is one you should avoid. We leave near the only trash site in the community and the area is infested.... INFESTED with rats, take a look at the video taken 3/2/2025. The pictures is from this past summer so you know this isn't a new problem. I must agree with the most recent review stating how poor snow removal is here. It’s been nearly a week and the sidewalks remain as icy as they were after last week’s snow and rain storm. It’s too dangerous for me to walk my dogs outside. I stated my concern after the last winter season, and evidently my concerns weren’t actually addressed.
We’ve lived here for around 8 months and we’ve enjoyed our experience overall, primarily thanks to a great management and maintenance team that has bent over backwards to ensure our satisfaction. When we moved in, we had a few complaints and issues, some of them fairly significant things that we felt should’ve been addressed before we moved in like leaks, a broken window, damaged countertops, some things like that. Staff was amazing and friendly as well as attentive. Clean and well maintained. Gym is nice and within walking distance. Great experience especially with the staff. Overall great choice to call home.
