Took 2 cars in for window tinting, both cars were done in a couple of hours. They both look great. Owner was very professional highly recommend.
Called and got a quote, he told me no problem anytime bring it in next week to have my windows tinted. Called back the next week made a appointment for 4:30pm then confirmed it at 12:30pm same day. Arrived at shop to find it closed. Called the phone number again for the owner to tell me he had to go he was sorry. No call to cancel or to reschedule before he closed his doors only 4 hours after speaking to him. Totally unprofessional customer service will not be finding out how the tinting services are going to be.
Regarding the bad review below, I was at the shop trying to set an appointment aswell for my vehicle. And the owner told me the same,that they were booked. And 10 min into conversation with the owner they got the phone call of a family emergency and had to leave right away. People who like to leave bad reviews over a small misunderstanding must have a lot of time on their hands . Anyways! If you've never been at LC Customs I advise you visit them and talk to the owner . I been knowing this guys for a very long time I love how they take care of you, they treat your car like if it was their own car, with so much care and really professionally. They have done 5 cars for me all family cars, so far i haven't heard of any complaints about the tints so I would say they are number 1 in this area for tints! These Guys Do very professional work .they know what they are doing . They did my truck all 4 windows and Taillights & As I watched them do it they do it with care . There was no bubbles at all everything came out amazing .There materials are the best , not that blue or purple tint . I recommend them never seen such amazing work on window tints before & car wrapping Hit them up!!!!
