Massively inflated a simple repair (~$6,000 vs ~$1,000 estimate), broke their promise to waive my deductible, and gave me a cheap, unsafe rental while claiming fake limits. Car came back with a new dent. They agreed in writing to fix it, then denied it, then changed their story multiple times and tried to make me take time off work.
