Major issues with transparency, responsiveness, and competency. Primarily due to the developer and collective house all being owned by the same company which is a huge conflict of interest. Our entire neighborhood routinely gets copy pasted responses, vague responses to valid questions, and ping-ponged between 2 different people via email. Truly horrible and extremely shady. Not releasing requested financials, refuse to admit who is on the "board". Charging our HOA for things the developer should be paying for and not refund... read more
