Terrible communication and attitude from Lisa and David. Attempted to rent a unit and they were entirely uncooperative and rude to me for asking valid questions about the high security deposit and projected construction on the pool which is a big reason I was looking at the place. AVOID at all costs.
Would not recommend this company. There is no way to contact them and any messages never get answered. They are quick to give fees for late payments but never respond to maintenance requests or any other questions - they just hide behind a call center taking messages that do no where
1 Star — Extremely Poor Communication and Management I am extremely frustrated with LBPM and the way my HOA’s balcony inspection issue has been handled. The required balcony inspection has still not been completed, and this ongoing issue is now directly affecting my ability to sell my condo. I have had prospective buyers back out because the inspection has not been completed, which is causing me significant financial stress and loss. You should be able to give a negative star. Believe all these reviews, this is by far the worst company to ever try to deal with. No one answers the phone, they barely even respond via email. The recording says "award winning" and it makes you wonder who is giving this company a single award. They should go out of business with how horrible they are. Do not hire them.
If you thinking about renting anything that LBPM manages, think twice! This must be the worst management I ever encountered. Our building had regular “emergency water shutoffs” multiple times a month, constant water leaks, sour smell in the bathroom which had no windows, our bathtub got re-glazed 4 times and was still pealing! I even offered to buy new tub and they refused, hiring sketchy maintenance people that cut a whole in our living room and manager left it open for 4 months, meanwhile we got roach infestation into our ... read more
