Despite our insurance dragging their feet and delaying the process over several months, Mr. Juarez was always available and ready to take on any challenge. LBJ Roofing was patient and when the time came to do the job, they were professional, quick, and thorough. They replaced the roof, gutters, and underlying sheathing without delay. I’m writing this review to warn others about my experience with LBJ Roofing Company. I strongly recommend that you do not hire them. They claimed they would send professional workers, but instead sent what appeared to be teenagers. While on my property, some of them were smoking marijuana, and the older workers seemed to be under the influence of alcohol. This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
