Very Very bad customer service! They tow vehicles that are registered, they tow vehicles of their own residents. And even if you have a Ring camera, and can show them you neighbors stealing your packages, they aren't even professional enough to handle that.....And that's not to mention that they are CONSTANTLY changing management (in the office) but keep hiring the same quality people. If I could give this apartment complex a negative then I would. The staff was horrible. The maintenance people never fixed anything. A piped busted in my apartment and they never started working on it until after I decided to moved out because the apartment( 621) started to get mold in it due to them not making it priority. I recommend that you don't lease them.
I've had 2 friends that lived here and both of them really liked it. The parking is great and and it's very safe.
