I would've given a 5 star rating if one employee would try to be a little more welcoming to some of the customers. Besides being on her cell! I was told a room wasn't available not bkz someone was in it, but it wasn't clean (Her phone's more important then the owner keeping her time customers I guessing). I had stated that multiple lights were working in the bed 9 total and part of the face tanning lights. Her response was nobody's complained prior. I do apologize for the lack of attention you were given. I will bring this to the staffs attention as I believe its very important!
