The staff here are so naughty and always ready to fight you for anything. Arguing with you and talking rudely. The doctors are never available. Passing their shifts to nurses. I have 3 kids here and they never get the actual care they deserve. I will be leaving this practice
This Office went down extremely over the years!! Seems like ever since doctor Blackwell retired everything went down hill from there .. why are current patients waiting 3 months for a physical!! Staffing wise totally different.. I’m in the process of transferring my children!
My nephew called for simple medical records and the woman who is the receptionist was terribly unhelpful and had a bad attitude. This is a common issue according to the reviews, not sure why this isn’t being addressed, especially for a medical facility
I’ve loved this place until today!!!! Rude front desk staff… My son is sick I call 8am office closed.. I called every second after someone answered at approximately 8:22am tell me unfortunately all stick appts are full!!!!! However the office just opened at 8:30pm I was told to take my to patient first where doctors encourage you not to take your child
We switched and the staff and the Dr. was amazing! Very knowledgeable and patient.
