I was in a tough spot needing a mortgage loan with low rates, and these guys came through for me. Alex explained everything clearly and was in touch even on Sundays. Most brokers told me they won't approve me as I am a self-employed individual, but they saved my transaction when other lenders said no. The fast closing was a lifesaver, and their friendly and knowledgeable staff made the whole process smooth. Highly recommend their amazing customer service!

Finding this team has been a huge blessing for me! Ana was incredibly supportive and always available, even on Saturdays and Sundays, to answer any questions I had. Her expertise in bank statement loans is outstanding, and she did everything to arrange me fast closing - it was a huge relief. Not my 1st time with mortgage broker, but definitely the easiest one. Worked with Vasily and he was adorable - smart, attentive, knowledgeable, flexible and eager to help. I got an extensive education about the programs available and his advice on which one to try was valuable. Our work resulted in my approved mortgage loan at a very favorable terms and payments. I can definitely recommend him, he did a great job for me and was great to deal with.
The no documentation loan option was perfect for my needs and Ana made it happen. Guided me through all the procedures, kept answering my sometimes silly questions and was endlessly patient. Nothing ever was too much to ask for, and she even replied to my messages on weekends. I am a very happy homeowner now and that’s totally her merit! Highly recommend her and the company! My husband and I bought our home about 18 months ago. A friend suggested LBC and Alex, and honestly, they were fantastic! Incredibly helpful, quick to respond to all our questions and our loan process was surprisingly smooth. Their website, where we keep tabs on our account, is pretty usefull too.
