Worst experience. This guy Ben Loveridge is the stereotypical GC. Came and bid the job, my house, and never showed back up. Didn’t get permits for anything. Said he couldn’t get permits for the roof. I got them in an hour. This guy is lazy. Don’t waste your money. The electric panel couldn’t even open after the install. The windows were filthy and looked like used windows. Excellent from start to finish! Bens crew did a great job replacing windows, stucco, drywall, texture, and paint. Everyone on his crew is professional and cleaned up after themselves. Super easy to work with.
