I ordered 400 light bulb sockets from LBC and talked to Donna. She took my CC and my info, told me that the parts should be shipped in a couple of weeks. I waited three weeks, nothing showed up. I called and left a message, however, no one called back. I emailed and called again a couple day later. Then she emailed me that she can't get my parts and find a new supplier. Donna, read your mission statement and change it to:we do not care about our customers.
