Been a resident at the ritz for about 7 years and been parking 2 out of my 4 cars at the Denver place building for about 5 years(PAID MONTHLY PARKER). Recently the building engineers have been off and on giving me issues and complaining about me checking my battery (since the cars sit) and changing bulbs every now and then and wiping my car down (literally minding my business). Do not lease with LBA Realty. Very poor property management and they have no interest in leasing their current vacant offices. It's like they want the building to fail. We are in Denver Place and it is a ghost town.
