LBA- Great service and great people Josh was my tech today. He was personable, very professional and dressed in a nice, neat, clean LBA uniform. He made sure to cover his feet to protect my carpet. Josh also made sure I understood what he did; he gave me options on amount of refrigerant- including cost per pound before installation; and finally gave me options on maintenance packages once my service was complete. LBA is always prompt and the call center team are wonderful.
I have complete trust in LBA in their provision of services and their advise on upkeep and equipment. They have always been friendly and efficient.
JD was very helpful. I appreciate him showing and explaining things to me. He was also kind enough to help me with a light fixture!

OMG! Our house has never been cooler! Before LBA worked on our HVAC, there was an uncomfortable increase in temperature during the summer when we moved from the basement to the main level to the second floor. Now our upstairs is heavenly! As a matter of fact, the upstairs is sometimes cooler than the rest of the house. We have LBA come out a couple times a year to maintain our heating and cooling systems, and we've noticed a definite decrease in our utility bills.
