A great practice, with nice orthodontists, but there is a new receptionist that needs to learn some manners. She was very condescending about some simple questions and that’s not how you maintain business relationships.
Best Orthodontist in the area. I got my braces off back in 2009 and have been using a permanent retainer ever since (wire behind the teeth). My old retainer finally broke after all of these years and I needed to schedule a repair as soon as possible. Scheduling the appointment / consultation was very quick and easy. Dr. Youssef did such an amazing job and was very efficient. Definitely will be going back in the future.

We were visiting family in the area when our son’s wire popped out. After a glowing recommendation by our family, we called the LB Orthodontist team. They were incredibly understanding, kind, and accommodating of our situation. The care & kindness was incredible and, if we lived in the area, would be just the place we’d want to be for all of our orthodontic care. Thank you!
Wonderful office, everyone we met with was extremely kind and thorough in explaining the process of our first born needing braces. I’ll be using this office for my other child as well in the future. Would highly recommend checking this office out.
