Been here 3 times. Staff is lovely, just wish they would focus more on my feet when getting a pedicure. Don't really need 15 minutes spent on my calves being rubbed vigorously, just need amore thorough pedicure. Every time I have gone here, my heals are still a little rough and dry.

When I first started, I worked with one technician, but unfortunately, I didn’t like the shape of my nails, so I moved on. I then went to James, and eventually, I started seeing Sherry. I absolutely love the work Sherry does. She may take a little longer, but her attention to detail and the quality of her work are outstanding. I got gel nails done today, but the service was very bad. The staff was very rude and handled my hands roughly. They didn’t explain anything properly, and if I asked something, they seemed uninterested. We were paying for the service, but they were acting very arrogantly. They even did my nails unevenly and used a different colour than the one I had chosen. I had done my nails there before too, and the nail paint came off the next day. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I did not like the service at all.”
