This is not your average fitness class. LB Kass Dance Fitness has creative choreography, high energy as well as hosting many terrific women with hi energy that are at various levels of fitness. The instructor makes the class challenging but yet, always wanting more.

From Coast to Coast there is no one better than LB! Her energy, dances and playlists are always fresh and fun. I danced with LB in NJ for over a decade and now I am lucky to be here in Scottsdale dancing with her again! Her classes are geared for beginners to advanced level dancers. She is able to make all levels feel comfortable and learn her fun and addicting choreography. I promise your body will change, but her classes are great for your brain too! You will leave each class in a great mood and feeling confident.

Fantastic choreography and music covering every genre including Broadway, hip-hop, K-pop, the latest popular music, and more obscure gems LB discovers. LB is very skilled at teaching complex moves in addition to being an inspiring dancer. I love it both for the pure fun and for improving my dance skills.
