My observation was the bathrooms.the lines were very long .. We started at my floor went to the next, and the next hoping to find a shorter line. It's could be that everyone needed to go because it was a 15mins intermission. So, more bathrooms are needed. I loved everything else and the show was Spectacular!!

Handicap accessible was not any good there was no light where you had to walk to get to your seat it was so dark I went to the booth to try to get a different seat for my mom she wanted to put us up in a higher level I was trying to avoid walking because it is hard for my mom to get around never again $80 for ticket emotion and service sucked that's why I say two stars with a great shoulder otherwise service sucked
