I attended the KJLH Women's health forum, and I wish that the doctors were more transparent while discussing how diet plays a major part in our health, along with physical activity. The current diet of processed food is making us ill at an alarming rate, and there is no quick fix. Overall, to see all of the beautiful women of color, Adea Lamar, Congresswoman, Maxine Waters, Sheryl Strawberry, and many others, filled me with joy.
