In November 2023, I placed an order for a custom sofa, of an order amount $25,000, with a huge promise of great customer service should anything go wrong with the delivery. After a long wait, sofas finally got delivered in May 2024, but their delivery crew was not skilled enough to align a $25,000 worth of sofa set despite multiple tries.
