We recently had Gabe out to install a new gas heater for our pool. He was exceptional to work with. He was fair in his price, he ordered and finished the job in a timely manner and the unit has been running perfectly since he installed it. And to top it off...he installed it during a heat wave (32° C). Definitely a good guy and great company.
Our air conditioner broke down in the middle of the heatwave . I called Gabe and he was there the same day . He was very efficient and knowledgeable about what problem was. It was repaired and up and running in no time! Thank you so much Gabe for your quick response . It was a pleasure having you fix my air conditioner!
Very happy with their service. No upselling and really clear on pricing. Our AC wasn't cooling enough during a heatwave. Gabe & Team had a lot of service calls I'm sure but they made time to come and take a look today, found the problem & fixed it - all within the hour. Gave us some good tips on maintenance & upkeep. Will 100% recommend and use again. Thanks guys!
Gabe is very knowledgeable with his profession. Saved us money by reusing the condenser fan that he took out from a unit that morning. Mine needed replacement and he came up with solution on the spot. He cares for the customers and even with late hours he completed the job. He also explains the steps he is taking and how we can maintain our AC. Cool dude as well!
We called Gabe@Lazzaro Gas twice this year. Both times were for unexpected repairs. The first was a replacement of our Tankless Hotwater unit. Gabe came that evening, gave options and by the next day we had a new unit installed. Last week our AC was not working properly. Reached out to Gabe again, quickly responded. In the heat wave we are experiencing, he attempted a repair and then ultimately we had to replace the unit - he was fair with pricing, fast, responsive and did great work.
