Wow, what a visit. Called in a togo order for 2 pizza's, a salad and an appetizer. I was probably about 10 minutes early for the pickup. I checked in with two ladies at the counter and had a seat at a table near the register. People came and went and orders came up front as well. After waiting about 30 minutes or so a new girl came from the back and asked my name. The other two girls were in the back somewhere. Have loved their pizza for years. However, their customer service at the Old Cheney location has been an issue since they opened & tonight was my last attempt. Either ordering online or trying to call there is always an issue. Ordered online three times and it doesn’t work as when you walk in they never received your order. Show them the confirmation email and will apologize then ask you to wait 30 mins while they make it instead of offering a refund. Son called them today and they hung up on him. Took them a half hour then longer than what was told. Also got the wrong pizza and the ones we got cooked differently. We decided just to eat what we got.
