Unprofessional and rude. Would never choose this guy to show my house. He also likes to leave his dirty tissues behind when he's done with a showing. Then has the audacity to say that our home needs a good cleaning lmao Would never choose this guy as my realtor.
Phil is very knowledgeable about real estate in the area and is excellent to work with! He convinced us to buy a home in Arcata that we were going to just buy as an investment, and it ended up being the home we live in and we love it!
