Dr. Hunter treats both furry family members and non-furry family members with respect. She thoroughly explains things and makes our fur baby feel at ease as much as she can. Recently, Dr. Hunter took time out of her day to give a group of kids a tour of her facility and teach them what happens behind the scenes. The Doctors & staff here are truly remarkable! They always go above & beyond. Plus, they treat you & your pets like family! We've been going here for the past 4-5 years, and this is by far the best veterinarian office we've ever visited. We liked it so much we referred my dad here, and he comes out all the way from Garland, but it's absolutely worth it! They have very fair prices, exceptional service, and an easy to use website. I highly recommend Lazy Paw!
Dr. Lentz and Madison were so sweet, they were so kind to my nervous dog that it made him relax. I really appreciated the time they took with him and you could tell they really listened to my questions and concerns. Becca and the ladies at the front desk were super nice and helpful. Overall I would say their customer service is "two paws up." Thank you for a wonderful trip to your office.
