Bought a brand new 2026 Camper last December 2025. One issue addressed at the time of purchase and was told to bring it in anytime and they would fix. Long story they have had the camper for 6 plus weeks. We call them they only call you if you call them. Multiple stories. Waiting on parts, waiting on warranty, parts are in just waiting on warranty, now we are back to waiting on parts and warranty. Honestly do you even know what’s happening with my camper. The service team took AMAZING care of our us in an emergency with the door of our motorhome. They went above and beyond and truly saved the day! Utterly disgusted with the Murfreesboro store. Purchased our rv there about 6 months ago, 3rd time we've had it in for repairs. They have it weeks at a time, always following up on the warranty or needs parts. We have had to cut our weekend getaways short to take it back in. Wanted to upgrade recently and they offered very minimal compared to what we owed and its only 6 months old. Their service department rarely answers the phone and when you leave messages it’s rare to ever hear back from them. Someone needs to retool this problem or begin from the beginning cause it is very frustrating. Wish we were closer to Nash I would use them instead!
