I really wanted to give Camping World another chance despite previous poor experiences. Our salesperson was friendly and not pushy, but didnt know the product he was selling. He misrepresented several important features of the camper. and unfortunately the rest of the experience was VERY DISAPPOINTING. What really stood out was the constant push for extra fees. We brought our 5th wheel in for service. It was port communication from the point of making the appointment When we brought in the RV in for our service appointment, we requested they look over the a/c, difficult black water pull knob, and a few other things. Communication was really poor on service work and then when we finally picked up the RV, no one helped or showed us the completed work. It was an overall bad experience and the black water tank seems like nothing was done. We wonder if any of the additional checkpoints ... read more

If I was able to give them lower I would. They were not accommodating at all. Had us drive 80 miles with our camper for a sale, that never happened because they refused to fix a broken water line on the camper we were supposed to be purchasing. We were told everything worked and the camper had been gone over. Only to find out when we got there that it had not been looked over at all or even cleaned. Then they told us it was being sold as is and refused to do anything. So we just wasted half of our day for no reason what so e... read more
