Bought my Airstream from Airstream of Minnesota and just had them do some service work on it. Honestly, really good experience on both sides. The buying process was easy—no weird pressure or runaround. On the service side, I came in with an issue and they figured it out fast and got it fixed without dragging it out. When you’re traveling, that kind of turnaround matters. They get that. Good people, they know what they’re doing, and they actually take care of you. I’d go back without thinking twice.
Don't go to the parts on the south side of road...if it's not in the huge book they will tell you they dont have it.
While traveling through Minnesota we had a serious issue with the brakes on our 2016 Classic and it was not drivable. The service manager was able to overnight the parts, recommend a local campground, and get us back on the road by the next afternoon! They were extremely helpful, compassionate, friendly, professional, and did excellent work! Wished we lived closer to use them all the time.
