These guys are the most unprofessional company I have ever had experience with. I highly do not recommend using them. I had furniture I put into storage and while signing the invoice I took out insurance on ALL my furniture with their representative "ok-ing" it. After three weeks of being in storage when they moved everything into my new place every piece of furniture including my $350 dresser and my bed frame was damaged. If you are a UW student. . This is the WORST service, they charged me $1600 for one pick up ONE nights storage, discounts are bogus they just upcharge. When I called to complain they said "too bad", one night is the same price as 6 months. Terrible customer service, outrageous pricing!
