Ugh. We were seated and waited 10 mins for our server to take our drink order. We waited another 20 mins to put in our appetizer order, at which point we tried to also put in our dinner order. However, our server stated that he would put in our app order and be right back for our dinner order. Our drinks and apps were delicious, but that's as far as we got. Great location. BAD customer service. Sub par employees in need of good management. Food was burnt. Disorganized. Bad experience. Not going back. Wasted our money & ruined a nice evening.
Great location. ...take the boat up and grab a bite....BUT you guys need to do something about your kitchen times....takes way too long to get your food....we waited almost an hour...good solid food...but just too long....you are losing customers. Had a waitress that tonight was her first night....she was superb. .....but she was just as frustrated as we were. Button up your times and you could have a first rate restaurant. Thanks
Awful service horrible food dead flies laying around on floor on window ledge!! Would not go back. Drinks were not even cold. It was not crowded so can't blame it on that!!
What a great place - good food, cold drink, and a stellar deck overlooking the lake. It's popular and can be busy, so get there early. Nice menu and beer selection and good live music!
