I wanted to share my experience with Barry, the manager. I have never come across such kindness, professionalism, and accountability. There was a minor issue with my order, which is completely understandable on a busy Friday. Barry went out of his way to correct the order and rectify the situation, even offering to deliver the missing item directly to my house. Barry is an excellent manager and I commend Lazy Dog for hiring someone with such integrity. Thank you.
