, terrible service. They forgot to put 5 dollar dog food in our 50 dollar order… came all the way home only to find it wasn’t in there. The bag was sealed and so we trusted that the order was complete. My husband went all the way back to go get it only to be told by one of their employees “oh that’s weird. I remember putting it in there” at that point my husband got really upset because it sounded like he was accusing us of wanting free food! 5 dollars! We wanted to sit outside, but the front staff completely ignored us. Despite asking twice about the table, we were left waiting for 20 minutes with no explanation. The service at the front was absolutely terrible
Love the restaurant but it is difficult to give a positive review when charged $4:50 for both a Coke and Ice Tea. $9 for two soft drinks that cost Pennie’s to make. Can’t come back with such pricing ripoffs!
The food at Lazy Dog in Fair Oaks Mall is great, and the service was fantastic. I joined several friends, and we all had great meals and a great time. This is the second time I have been here. I went to brunch previously. I enjoyed the food (breakfast lady time, a burger and glass of wine this time), and had awesome service both times! I will be back again!
