I had the V Shape procedure done and I am happy with the results. Judy is wonderful; very competent and extremely pleasant. I would definitely go back and have it done again in the future and ask for Judy.
Person at the reception at Lazur La Vie had an attitude, was not extremely friendly. I felt pushed to get packages vs. single sessions of treatment. After several appointments, I missed one appointment, and I was told that they'll reschedule it for me only after I pay the missed appointment fee of $35. The fee was never mentioned to me at the reception, but I was told later that I should have read about it on their website. I think I'll choose a different spa next time.
