I’m sure the haircuts are great, if you can get an appointment. Available times on their online booking system are completely false, and if they offer an alternative time, they’ll cancel that for you too. Then tell you that it’s easier for them if you call them directly rather than use their text system. If your systems don’t work, don’t bother offering them. Will not be attempting to book again.

Worst and most expensive hairdo I've ever had. Ruined my hair for the first time ever, in 40 years. Stripped of half of my natural curl, majorly frizzy and boofy, and does not look in the slightest what I asked for. Extra star given for offering to try to fix it... although I'm so unhappy with my hair that I wouldn't brave going there again.
