Everyone there is so nice and the atmosphere is lovely, unfortunately I don’t seem to have much luck there. I went to get my hair curled and despite telling them it’s quite thick and will need a bit extra, the curls still fell out after only an hour and was almost straight. Previously I’d also had issues with my colour being wrong, they fixed it up a couple of weeks later but I’ve had 2 experiences there now that have been a bit disappointing. The staff at Palomino hair have been incredible. The service they provide is impeccable and I cannot recommend them enough to get any sort of hair cut styles or colours done, I Have exceptionally long hair and they have always been able to exceed expectations every time I have been there! 🩷
Had an amazing experience with the hairstylist Ava, one of the best haircuts ive ever received. Highly reccomend her.
Everyone is super friendly, and Tiahn made sure the cut and style is what I wanted. Love my results and the whole experience.
