Hilarious and lots of fun.
I freaking LOVE LaZoom and have done it probably more than 20 times since it started so many years ago. It is possibly the most "Asheville" thing a tourist can do (I'm a local). All the various tours are great, though I have always been partial to the Haunted tour. Pro tip: have a few drinks before the ride, but not so many that you have to pee every 20 minutes. You're on a bus full of weird strangers, and frankly that's way easier to deal with after a couple rounds.

waste of my money, the ghost/host was not funny. or informative and confrontational and threatened to patreons off of tjhe tour, the lady in pink was stupid, the fitzgerald spirit was incoherent and pig man was the dumbest thing i have ever seen. All this tour was and turned out to be a stupid wannabe adam sandler comedy. the most interesting part of the tour was the bum stealing another bums stuff just before we finished. i feel like i was robbed and should have donated to a shelter the cost that i paid to get on the bus.
We did the city comedy tour. Such a funny and informative tour. It was definitely worth it, a must do here on your first day since they drive up an down the road. you get a feel for the city before you walk around. They also sell beer and wine that you can bring on the bus and stopped at Green Man brewery for an "intermission" where you can go to the restroom and get another drink. Our tour guide was hilarious as well, it was a unique experience!
Laughed the entire tour! A great addition to our day in Asheville. Don't think about it; just get on the purple bus and have fun!
