I worked with Maria who kindly came to our home for assessment of our travertine tiles and grout, both were in dire need of deep cleaning and being sealed. Maria and Manuel arrived on time and for 2 days made our floors and shower wall look like new. They exceeded my expectations in every way, in fact anything additional they uncovered, they simply moved forward and resolved. They were professional and courteous in their dealings with us. I highly recommend them for any and all of their services.
Our experience with this company was nothing but stellar. They arrived on time with a very respectful and clean crew. The before and afters of their work was absolutely stunning! These are very hard-working people and are very exacting in their process and finished work. We really feel that restoring our tile floors throughout our house completely changed the look of our house. When we moved in, we knew the tiles were dirty and they had no shine or depth of color. After the restoration we were surprised at how good it looks. It feels like we are in a hotel. Well worth the price!
I contacted Lazona Tile and informed them of my displeasure with the way my bathroom tile looked. I told her there is missing grout and grout that looks dull and dirty. Maria and her crew showed up and did a fantastic job cleaning my tile, filling in grout ,enhanced the color and thoroughly brighten my dull tile. We recently had Lazona Tile Care spend two weeks at our home polishing our marble floors, doing major repair work on the master bedroom shower and countertops and even cleaning our carpets. They did a fantastic, professional job! Everything looks wonderful. Both Manuel and Maria were hands on.
