lack of customer service skills I lived at pillar for three and 1/2 years and once the new managment team took over the service went down hill. The new manager Lisa is RUDE and she has two other workers in the office (one that looks as if she is foreign and lives on the property) that are not helpful and told me they couldn't put my ceiling fan in and seeing them out in public they have the same RUDE attitude as if you owe them something.
