A driver from your company approached me and disrespectfully knocked on my cab, telling me to leave because I was supposedly blocking his parking. Their hiring and firing process is extremely flawed, broken, and a revolving door. I've never been a part of a worse company that's this disorganized, cheap, unsafe, and doesn't care for their workers than this one. A toxic culture unlike no other, no job security, lack of benefits, affordable insurance, no work life balance, lack of a good flexible schedule, weak PTO, or consistent annual reviews for wage increases. I hope lazer gives me a chance, I have been OTR for 12 years, ready to get off the road. I have applied already. I missed a lot of my kids growing up, I don't wanna treat my granddaughters that way. Plus I want to be home more. Please lazer give me a chance. Thanks

I hear a lot about Lazer and that's their opinion and they have a right to that. For me I've been here 8 years. I've enjoyed it. I like the family feel and I enjoy the gentleman that I work for which happened to be Corey J. I don't think you can find a better guy to work for. If anybody is out, there is looking to join a great company. Join the lazer family. I am grateful for this company all that they do for me and you will be grateful also if you give them an opportunity.
