A driver from your company approached me and disrespectfully knocked on my cab, telling me to leave because I was supposedly blocking his parking. Their hiring and firing process is extremely flawed, broken, and a revolving door. I've never been a part of a worse company that's this disorganized, cheap, unsafe, and doesn't care for their workers than this one. A toxic culture unlike no other, no job security, lack of benefits, affordable insurance, no work life balance, lack of a good flexible schedule, weak PTO, or consistent annual reviews for wage increases.
