STAY AWAY!!! I have been working with Lazen to fix an inverter issue for over 8 months. I had an employee Amir, who is no longer with them promise me he would get my solar edge system working again and covered by warranty (“we have a great relationship with Solar Edge, I will get this covered and fixed asap”) He gave me the talk of how all other solar companies are terrible and gave solar a bad name. I have 1 solar panel Failed, I call and text massage a lot of times but nobody responds. They installed roof solar system in my home with 25 years warranty parts and labor. STAY AWAY WITH THIS COMPANY.
We switched to Lazen Solar after being with a unprofessional installer company that left us hanging in thin air. Lazen Solar has been extremely professional and helped and guided us to switch over to them. The process was very smooth and Sam kept us informed on how the process was coming a long. Glad I chose them for my solar installation. They don't bloat costs. Everyone was very knowledgeable, technical, and hands-on, including the owner. He even stopped by to resolve an issue a few months post-install without me asking.
Lazen Solar has been wonderful so far. My system was installed by another company who has since went out of business. Lazen is not even a local company for me, but they went out of their way to assist me with maintaining my system that was not working properly. Mr. Steele was very helpful and concerned regarding my situation and did all that he could to assist me. Manuel was awesome!!
