The best Dr in the Bronx, I love the friendly way and the way the dR is dedicated to explaining things to me when I have a question and looking for solutions.
Dr. Lazala is the best pediatric endocrinologist that can exist, super humanitarian, dedicated, an excellent treatment of both her and all the staff that works in her clinic. Super delighted to take my children to her clinic.
Dr Lazala is the most compasionate doctor I have ever met. She treats my kids as she would treat her own ones and takes her time to answer all my questions with patience and kindness.
Dr. Lazala is an amazing care provider. Our 9 year old boy has been seeing her since he was 3 years old and his progress with his growth has been outstanding thanks to her services. Definitely the best Endocrinologist we have meet. She worries about her patients and tries her best to resolve any issue. But her staff, thats another story, horrible staff. They demeanor the parents and treat them with antipathy and most of the times rude mostly by phone. They don't follow up as they should.
This review is not specific to Dr. Lazala nor the other physicians. I would not recommend the practice due to the office staff and lack of follow-up. The wait time is lengthy. It is truly unfortunate because Dr. Lazala & the other practicing physicians are phenomenal and extremely caring. They have tried to improve the setting by moving locations.There biggest issue will always be there staff. No work ethic there. If you aren't willing to do all of the leg work (i.e someone else's job) don't go
Dr. Lazala has always taken her time with my children and answer any concerns we have.
