I cannot get out right now And cannot call the assistant because no one is answering, already passed 1h, terrible customer service!
Its really bad experience.The parking it's frustrating to bark and small space to when I get home, I just notice my truk gets scratched with no one letting me know it's bad parking lot.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with LAZ Parking was beyond frustrating — specifically because of Norris Tate Jr. For over a month, I contacted LAZ multiple times trying to get my parking rate changed after becoming a resident at the building. I called, emailed, and even tried addressing it in person. Despite all of that effort, nothing was resolved. When I finally dealt with Norris Tate Jr., the customer service was absolutely horrible.
