I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with LAZ Parking was beyond frustrating — specifically because of Norris Tate Jr. For over a month, I contacted LAZ multiple times trying to get my parking rate changed after becoming a resident at the building. Straightforward parking experience. Super reasonable rates
Scummy practices and service. Anything to squeeze an extra dollar out of you…After moving out of my apartment, the parking garage claims they get no communication from the apartment building about the tenant no longer living there and using their services and that they require 30 days emailed notice to cancel acct. This is allegedly listed in the fine print on their contract…who knows if that’s true. When calling to ask about grace after being charged the full amount for February, they just say too bad.
