Went to the UConn - Tennessee game this past Sunday. I purchased parking in this lot the day before so I would have a reserved spot. We arrived an hour before the game began and there was a cone blocking the entrance. The worker said it was full and would not let us in, even though we paid for a spot. Luckily, we found a spot in the lot across the street. Be cautious if you reserve parking for an event.
If you run into trouble you're on your own - these guys never answer their phone, the corporate line rings though, and they're no help at all. These are the worst of the worst when it comes to parking. If you get a ticket or any collections from them, just don't pay it. They can't do anything and it doesn't affect your score.
