If you run into trouble you're on your own - these guys never answer their phone, the corporate line rings though, and they're no help at all. These are the worst of the worst when it comes to parking. If you get a ticket or any collections from them, just don't pay it. They can't do anything and it doesn't affect your score.

Took a half hour to get my truck back. Truck was at operating temp when I got it back and was in 4X4 low. Why would it take a half hour, be in 4X4 low and at operating temperature to drive 1 city block?
